FAQ
What types of vacuums do you accept?
Most household stick and barrel vacuums. We avoid anything with obvious electrical faults, water damage, or unsafe wiring. If you’re unsure, submit the form and include the model details.
Do you clean non-washable HEPA filters?
If a filter is marked “do not wash”, we won’t rinse it. We can surface-clean and deodorise where safe, but the best fix is often filter replacement. We can advise.
Can you guarantee the smell is 100% gone?
Most odours are removed. If the source is a non-washable filter or internal foam, you may need a replacement filter or Heavy Odour Treatment. We’ll be transparent.
Is $69 really pickup & drop-off?
Yes within our launch area. If you’re outside the area, we’ll quote an extra travel fee or offer drop-off instead.
Do you do repairs?
No. We only do cleaning + odour removal. If a fault is detected, we’ll let you know and stop.
How long does it take?
Typically 2–3 business days. Heavy odours may take longer due to drying and treatment time.
